If our technology doesn't meet your training needs, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Equipment

  Securely pack the Speediance unit and all included accessories in the original professional packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient home pickup for your smart gym system.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
